
One of the highlights of the day earlier this week was sending the older kiddos out to play in the yard and after not hearing them for a bit wandering out to find them both filling themselves with fresh raspberries straight from the brambles that we planted along the side of the house.
They were delighted to learn that there were more home-grown raspberries being served with lunch.
And after I had them all tucked in for nap time, I enjoyed my raspberries over homemade, birthday-leftover dark chocolate truffle cheesecake.
